Reema’s big day

Reema Khan, the bride, and Dr Tariq Shahab, the groom, dressed in traditional wedding style, graced the ceremony of their Waleema held in a local hotel on 27.05.2012.Reema’s dress was designed by HSY and event was managed by QYT.The ceremony was largely attended by social and showbiz figures. Many leading artistes of film and TV including Bahar Begum, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din, Jamshaid Zafar and Ayesha Sana, as well as friends and family members, attended the ceremony. Reema Khan had tied the knot with American heart surgeon Dr. Tariq Shahab in November last year in America.

Intricate paper designs

France based artist Hina Aoyama masterfully cuts details into sheets of paper to create these super fine, lacy, and fragile artworks. Her work conveys such things as the delicacy of small butterfly wings, the fine script of a handwritten letter, and the details of a lotus flower. Using just a simple pair of scissors, Aoyama says her passion is “to create a finest cutoff beyond the level of the very time-consuming needle lace making.”

At the Design Weekend in Vilnius, Lithuanian photographer Tadas ?erniauskas held a funniest photo shoots.Visitors to the TADAO CERN studio were invited to participate in an unprecedented photo session called “Blow Job” where a strong current of air was blown into their faces creating some incredibly funny facial expressions.
